The tenant is a natural or legal person, user of the rented good.

The rental service is a provision of housing to a tenant for a specified period.

ARTICLE 2 : DESIGNATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION

The lodging designates one of the proposed properties: Douceur Créole and all the equipment explicitly put forward at the time of the reservation and inseparable from the accommodation.

The hirer commits himself providing to the tenant an accommodation in conformity with the regulations in force, in good working order and in perfect state of cleanliness.

ARTICLE 3 : OBJECT OF THE PRESENT GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

The accommodation is not rented as a principal residence or for mixed professional and principal residence use. Consequently, the respective rights and obligations of the parties (lessor and lessee) will be governed by the stipulations of the present general conditions, by the modified decree of December 28, 1976 and, failing that, by the provisions of the civil code.

The premises subject to the present conditions are rented furnished on a seasonal basis.

ARTICLE 4 : DURATION OF THE SEASONAL RENTAL

The lessor rents the accommodation to the tenant on the dates specified in the rental agreement.

The arrival of the tenant is foreseen at 4 p.m. on the first day of the rental and the departure at 11 a.m. on the last day of the rental.

The lease ceases by right at the expiration of the term provided by the 2 parties at the time of the reservation without it being necessary for the lessor to notify the leave. It cannot be extended without the prior agreement of the lessor or his representative.

At the beginning of the rental period, the lessor will give the tenant the keys and the instructions concerning the accommodation.

ARTICLE 5 : NUMBER OF PERSONS STAYING IN THE ACCOMMODATION

The present contract is established for a precise number of persons defined at the time of the reservation and the signature of the rental contract.

ARTICLE 6 : RENTAL PRICE AND CHARGES

The parties have agreed to fix the rent, the fixed amount provided for in the rental contract, for the entire duration of the rental described in the rental contract.

A cleaning fee of 100€ is added to all rentals.

The compulsory tourist tax of 1,20€ per day and per adult is also added to the cost of the rental.

ARTICLE 7 : RESERVATION / DEPOSIT / PAYMENT

In order to proceed with the reservation of the accommodation, the tenant commits himself to make an online payment of 100% before the beginning of the rental.

The reservation becomes firm and final after payment of the deposit and receipt of the accepted contract.
